About me

Cassie is a RYT200 in Vinyasa flow in the tradition of Patanjali’s classical Ashtanga.

Cassie’s yoga journey started a number of years ago, searching, but unable to find a style or a teacher that made that yoga thing just click.

Meeting inspirational teachers and practicing with them gave Cassie all she needed to hook her into this way of life we call Yoga.

Believing Yoga is for everyone and should be inclusive, Cassie thrives to deliver that within her classes. Incorporating Pranayama; breath work, asana; the physical and meditation and relaxation, also sharing a few oils along the way and some inspirational readings. 

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned Yogi you will be welcomed into Cassie’s classes. From children to Grandparents,  pregnant ladies to sportsmen or mother and baby to those who need a little more guidance and attention, Cassie can deliver an inclusive and informative practice. Come and give it a go and leave the class relaxed and revived. It could be the start of a magical journey.
